6 Week Basic Training Program

DA8's 6 Week Basic Training Program is designed to take the guess work out of your fitness routine, regardless of your fitness level! Our Elite Athletic Performance coach has designed 6 week program blocks that will challenge you to reach optimal performance and take the next step in your sport of choice. These programs are designed to be used at the gym of your choice and are a budget friendly alternative to our Individualized Custom Programs. There are multiple 6 Week blocks so you can build upon your program, but each block is purchased individually.

 In Season Training:

  • 6 week basic training program designed for In Season training with four workouts a week. (Blocks 1-3)
  • Online training app you can take anywhere, and complete on your own schedule.
  • Gym membership recommended, to be able to take full advantage of your program.
  • 25% off all DA8 Apparel during the duration of your 6 week block.

Off Season Training:

  • 6 week basic training program designed for Off Season training with four workouts  a week. (Blocks 1-3)
  • Online training app you can take anywhere, and complete on your own schedule.
  • Gym membership recommended, to be able to take full advantage of your program.

Weight Loss Training:
