What is the difference between the Basic 6-Week Program and the Individualized Custom Sports Performance Program?

  • Our Basic 6 Week Program is a predesigned program with 4 workouts a week. We currently have 3 Blocks for each category: In Season, Off Season and Weight Loss. Each block can be purchased one at a time and you can add additional blocks as you progress through your training program and sports season. A gym membership is recommended so that you can take full advantage of the program. You will complete this program on your own without the guidance or motivation of a personal trainer.

  • Our Individual Custom Sports Specific Program is a customized program designed for you specifically based on your goals, fitness level, sport, in season/off season, gym equipment, and progress. Your program will be modified as needed with regards to equipment, travel, competition schedule, season, and pre-existing or current injuries. You will be assigned a personal trainer and will have unlimited contact with him through your Online Client Portal. 

I'm ready to sign up! What do I do?

  • Basic Program: Go to the Basic Programs tab on our Online Training page. Select the basic program/block you would like to purchase from the drop down menu, then click Buy Now. You will complete your purchase thru PayPal, but can use either PayPal or a credit/debit card to complete your purchase. Please be sure to use the same email that you would like to be used for your Online Training Client Portal. 
  • Individualized Custom Sports Specific Program: Go to the Custom Programs tab on our Online Training page. Select either the Bronze (2 workouts a week), Silver (3 workouts a week) or the Gold (4 workouts a week) program and click Subscribe. You will complete your subscription thru PayPal, but can use either PayPal or a credit/debit card to complete your registration. Please be sure to use the same email that you would like to be used for your Online Training Client Portal. 

I just signed up. What do I do now?

  • Once you sign up, an email is sent to DA8 Training and we will add you to our Client Portal within 48 hours. You will receive a Welcome Letter(Both Programs) and a Consultation Form (Individualized Custom Program Only). All programs begin on Monday and if you've signed up for the Basic Program your complete 6 Week Program will be added to your Client Calendar the Monday after you sign up. If you've signed up for the Individualized Custom Program, you're programs will be added weekly the Monday after you sign up and your personal trainer will be contacting you by phone at prearranged time.
