Our Basic 6 Week Program is a predesigned program with 4 workouts a week. We currently have 3 Blocks for each category: In Season, Off Season and Weight Loss. Each block can be purchased one at a time and you can add additional blocks as you progress through your training program and sports season. A gym membership is recommended so that you can take full advantage of the program. You will complete this program on your own without the guidance or motivation of a personal trainer.
